The Official WhatsApp Call centres have been implemented in TANGEDCO to receiving complaints regarding damaged poles, low sagging lines, leaned poles, damaged pillar boxes/street light boxes.
Consumers can lodge their complaints to the concerned WhatsApp call centers duly mentioning the nature of complaints, location, address etc., along with a photograph.
